Thank you for registering with WPN Conferences. Below are the Terms and Conditions that apply to your participation in any WPN Conferences event. These terms apply to all registrants, including Speakers, Listeners, Sponsors, Exhibitors, Poster Presenters, Accompanying Persons, and others.

Currency Exchange Disclaimer

WPN Conferences is not responsible for fluctuations in currency exchange rates. The exchange rate at the time of registration will be considered for payment purposes.

Payment and Participation

Participants must provide valid proof of payment to attend the conference. All fees must be settled at least one month before the event's commencement. Registrations can be completed either online or offline. For offline registration, WPN Conferences will provide support through phone or email. Please be aware that some countries may require bank authorization for international online transactions. If your online registration is unsuccessful, please contact your bank for assistance with international credit/debit card authorization. If issues persist, our finance team can assist you in resolving the matter.

Group Discounts

For group registrations of four or more participants, special discounts are available. We offer a maximum discount of 25% per individual, and as an added benefit, for every four registrations, you'll receive one additional registration completely free. Our group discount program is designed to make conference attendance more accessible for teams and organizations.

Substitutions and Cancellations

In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend the conference, we allow substitutions with prior approval from the Conference Manager. The substitute attendee must present a copy of the original acceptance email upon arrival at the conference venue. Please note that substitution privileges are limited to speakers and delegates only; this option is not available for Exhibitors, Sponsors, or Memberships.

Distribution of Materials

To maintain the professional atmosphere of our conferences, speakers and delegates are required to obtain prior approval from the Conference Manager before distributing any promotional materials, such as business booklets, flyers, or books. This restriction does not apply to our Exhibitors, Sponsors, and Members, who have separate arrangements for material distribution.
