1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available within 60 days of purchase, provided the product/service has not been used or consumed.
  • For events or courses, refunds can be requested up to 45 days before the event date.
  • If you have any issues or concerns, please contact us at contactwpnconferences@zohomail.in and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items or services, such as downloadable products, event tickets after the refund window has closed, or custom services, are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for late cancellations or no-shows at events.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund request is approved, it may take 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellations and Changes

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events or services. If this happens, you will be offered a full refund or alternative options.
  • Any changes to your booking or service must be made in advance and may be subject to availability.
